In life, sometimes the word “story” means “lies, lies, lies.” In the world of therapy, we make up stories in our heads, keep telling them to ourselves, and repeat the patterns of our limiting beliefs. This course teaches you to reclaim “story” as “truth, truth, truth.” Transform old stories with new perspective in the art of reflection.

Tell the truth? Make up truth stories!

The art and craft of the personal story takes the unconscious stories trapped in our heads and brings them out into the light of the present moment where we can see them clearly. This is the “truth” in aha moments, laughter moments, touching moments. This is the “truth” that resonates with your listener so we know that we are all connected.

Heal through story!

Discover the healing power of telling and listening to stories in community. Stories move emotions and open minds.

“In the midst of taking a storytelling class, magic happened while crafting my story. As I am creating my story, I am the one healing and going through a huge transformation…. both naturally and deep within.” -MM, California

Storytelling is fun!

If that all sounds too serious, it is. Story is a structure to transmit experience (and emotion) in an entertaining package. Entertaining means fun! We are going to have fun crafting and listening to each other’s stories.

Join the fun!
Create more safe spaces for stories in your life.
